As someone who experiences light bladder leaks, I need a product that can provide reliable protection without feeling bulky. The Poise liners have exceeded my expectations in every way. They're incredibly thin and lightweight, making them comfortable to wear all day long. The FreshSense system is amazing - it completely neutralizes any odors, leaving me feeling fresh and confident. The absorbency is impressive, and I've experienced zero leaks since switching to these liners. The DryTouch layer keeps me feeling dry and comfortable, even during long days. I've tried other products in the past, but none have come close to the performance of Poise. I have used poise for over 10 years with no complaints until they were changed to the 5x drier. The pads now bunch up and will not stay put and also cause irritation. They also come out of the package mashed up, not just one package but all packs I have bought. I have included pics of the new verses the old ones that were perfect. The old ones are on the left in both pics and the 5x drier are on right. The difference is very noticeable.

Love the confidence I get with the liners for those little leaks.Liners are easy to carry in your purse.Especially since they are individually wrapped.Sometimes I have worn the heavier pads.They definitely are better than period pads.I would recommend poise to anyone that is suffering from embarrassing leaks.

I have been "caught" laughing for long periods of time, with little chance to get to the ladies room. I have always been pleasantly surprised that the poise liner kept any leakage inside the liner and not my panties. these have saved me from many embarrassing episodes.

I have been buying the #2 very light pads for years. This was my go to favorite brand. I would purchase the large 6 pack box every 6 months. My last shipment was the new 5X drier version. This pad irritated me so bad that I had to go to the Dr. She nothing going on down there except irritated. She asked if I using anything new. This is the only new thing that I am using. I wear these just in case I have few drops of a light leakage. 5X drier is not needed. Please go back to the original that I love.

I've tried several brands of liners, and really like the Poise product. They're comfortable and effective, and I like the eco-friendly packaging. My only concern is with the adhesive. It may be my underwear, but I have had a problem with the adhesive sticking to the cotton liner of my underwear when I remove the liner. I've had to use a special adhesive remover solution to get it off. Other than that, I really like these liners.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In my quest to find the ultimate leakage protection, Poise is absolutely the best when it comes to absorption. I love the freedom of feel the microliners give you but regular nor the long length does not even cover my panty. I moved up to the Poise Liners - Long length Very Light absorbency. It's a bit longer but still not long enough. I finally found the right length with Poise Pads long length moderate absorbency but I feel like I'm wearing a diaper. It's the length I need but it's too thick. I do like the label that points to the front. Overall, I would still recommend Poise to my family and friends but tell them it might take awhile to find the right 'fit' for them.

I didn't feel like I had to constantly worry about whether it was in the right place. Since I'm kind of new to the bladder leakage problems it was very reassuring to try such a good product so quickly. I will definitely recommend the Poise brand to anyone who may be interested.
