Now as a middle aged woman I wear Poise daily to save me from bladder leakage. Ugh! Poise is great for protecting and keeping me dry all day long. They move with me,not a lot of bunching,they are breathable..don't feel suffocated when wearing them. So comfortable that I tend to forget that I have one on.

While trying to get out of my car I was letting out more than just leaks, I just knew my pants were wet. When I went to the rest room there wasn't a drop in my panties or pants. I've recommended poise to all of my friends with leakage problems.
