This product is good for light flowing PMS and light bladder leakage but not for heavy flow and empyting of the bladder.

Poise liners are the best on the market. I have tried other brands and there is no comparison. Poise liners win hands down!!!

I use a heavier pad during the day, but use the liners at night just in case I have any leakage. They are comfortable.
