Poise is so comfortable that I actually forget I have it on, yet so absorbent that I never have to worry about leakage,

I admit that when I tried this type I felt like I was wearing a panty liner like I did with my periods. I still have a couple left yet to try.

Very comfortable, I do wish they were longer. Even the longs are not as long as I would like them to be. But I do like them
