I admit that when I tried this type I felt like I was wearing a panty liner like I did with my periods. I still have a couple left yet to try.

The liners are very comfortable. I do not worry about embarrassing moments possibly happening when I use the liners.

The liner doesn't show through the clothes. It feels light but does the work, is absorbent. Also helps to hide odors.

Poise was small, thin and most importantly, not bulky at all. Made me feel comfortable and secure about being able to do the little things.
