I liked it very much because I was comfortable and confident. No leaking. They have many to choose from depending on how bad your problem is. Some days I'm worse than others. So it's nice to use smaller sizes when needed.

These liners work great! I would recommend them to whom ever needs them. I tried off brands that I didn't like because they would give me a yeast infection. I always use Poise Liners now!!!

I work very busy, active 12 hour shifts as a RN. These liners protect me comfortably all day. As others have said, these offer much more absorbency than a traditional panty liner.
