I felt totally comfortable and protected while wearing this liner. I have been buying Poise for a few years now. I would highly recommend this product to others.

Great absorbancy, but I find it has very little odor control. I would also like to see a softer pad, these seem stiff and not very flexible. I was not able to find the new Microliners in my area.

I have been using this product for years and they have been great. However, I think I am ready to graduate to the pads at this stage of my life. For the time being, I probably will use both products.
