The absorbency is great. I have been using for quite a while. However, the last two packages of pads have been leaving strips of adhesive miserably stuck to, and ruining, underwear.

I have purchased these poise pads for a few years now and was happy with them, but the last box purchased must be made differently and the material is irritating. Wish they had not changed a good thing.

Yes, I feel much more confortable when I use the Poise Liners. Because of my size, I need the regular length. I can wear my skinny jeans and not worry about leakage, even my white ones.
