Poise was recommended over Always liners by a store clerk who used both products. She felt the adhesive was better on Poise. I found little difference between the two products with the exception that the dry lock layer on the Poise liner detaches from the absorbent layer and bunches up. This has happened so far on every liner. Perhaps it is a manufacturing defect. I will go back to Always next time I buy liners. I wish both brands had the adhesive strips around the entire perimeter of the liner as the ends and sides tend to fold inward and bunch/become uncomfortable.

I buy the Poise heavier long length pads for my mother who is 93, her caretakers put the liners inside her depends to help so she doesn't have to use her depends as often. This product provides the confidence to go on with your everyday life routines and not have to be worried about bladder leaks that at sometime happen to most women. There is never a worry about leaks while using this product as will sometimes happen with bargain brand pads.

I'm a teacher and sometimes I don;t make it to the bathroom in time. I especially appreciate the various choices for liners which are so much more discreet than the original pads.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Poise Liners are very very absorbent and comfortable.The liners stay in place with no shifting or coming loose with any body movements ,so stick very well have no tare or falling off,they stay put on your panties.I love that about these liners,i have had many results with other name liners.On a scale rating of 1-10 i give Poise a definite rating of a big 10 all the way !!

During my sneezing episodes i wore this i i didnt even cry out of embarrassment. I would def recomend this product for all us woman who have those small leaks from time to time even from sneezing. Sometimes when there is leakage, with a regular liner there might be a slight order? Not so with this one. You can tell that it is made especially for this purpose.

There are so many times that I would be temped to stay at home if it wasn't for the protection and security that I feel with Poise!
