I started using poise about a year ago, after using regular panty liners, because those just weren't holding up very well anymore. I've tried the different sizes, and even the actual underwear (after my last baby). Now im using the 2 light drops and the absorption is great, but im not happy with the design. They stick great, as long as your underwear is dry, but the second you start getting sweaty for any reason, they just stop sticking and start relocating themselves. I also don't like how narrow they are. Once they start bunching up, from not sticking, they get even more narrow and just dont provide enough coverage. Some of girls wear bigger size underwear so the lack of coverage, even in the most ideal situation, isnt enough. I would love to see the exact same liners, but wider, to cover bigger size underwear. In my case, for the size I'm using, maybe even twice as wide. That size would allow for a little bunching throughout the day, without a significant loss of coverage. And better adhesive too. Maybe they would stay in place better when its hot out or you're active and sweaty, if they stuck a lot better. But I am happy with the absorption, just not the physical design.

Gets the job done and not too bulky.

Most of the time I buy 2 boxes to last me. the are just right for my needs.

Poor absorbant. When moist created an odor will not purchase these again actually couldn’t even use the unopened boxes.

Thicker, heavier, and longer than I thought for a lighter rating. It tends to bunch up as well.I will go back to the Always daily pantiliner.

These pads are okay for very small leaks. Can't recommend because they don't control odor very well.

I have used Poise incontinence liners for years because they were comfortable, reliable, and stayed in place. Unfortunately, the quality appears to have changed. The current liners do not fit well. They bunch up during normal wear, making them uncomfortable. I can feel them constantly, which was not the case with earlier versions. The liner often folds and ends up between the buttocks, causing mild chafing and requiring frequent adjustment. The absorbency may still be adequate, but comfort and fit have noticeably declined. The previous design was much more comfortable and stayed flat throughout the day. Based on my experience, the product is no longer the same quality it once was. I hope the manufacturer reviews customer feedback and considers returning to the earlier design.

The first time I used this item, it curled in my panties and was totally useless. I was more careful the 2nd time with the same result. I purchased because they were on sale and got exactly what I paid for. Wish I could return
