I feel more secure with my Poise pad on! If I laugh or sneeze I never know what can happen....feel a lot better than wearing a liner for my period. They just do not absorb as much as a Poise liner.

Very absorbent, super comfortable and make me feel confident all day long! What else can I ask for? I have tried many liners in the past but to me these are the best. Definitely recommend them.
