Poise pads is actually a comfortable padbtobwear and not worry about leaking thru or feeling like u stained your self. So yes I do recommend poise pads.

What happened to the extra long Poise pads? Even the "long" are inadequate and I find that I am having to cut and past 2 of the shorter pads to gether which is very time consuming, annoying, and wastefull. Anybody else having this proglem?

After having my sons I had just used regular panty liners for my "little accidents". Then I came across an article in LBL and the link to try a poise sample was in the comments section. I am very pleased on how well they work.

Love the thinner ones that are a #2 on absorbancy. I have bought the heavier ones and like the thinner better as they are more comfy and discreet. Have tried other brands and like Poise much better
