I found they are way better than a period pad for what I need it for. Convenient and descreet is the term I will use for this product.

I have respiratory issues, and when they are in full force and I am coughing frequently, I cannot even pretend to be continent anymore. The ultrathin pad worked great! No side or end leaks, and nowhere near the bulk and discomfort of the pads I had been using prior to receiving this sample. I sense a switch coming on... ;)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Poise 2 drop long, very light liners works great. It’s thin but stays in place. Its freshsense system neutralizes strong bladder leak odors for up to 12 hours. It locks away wetness tens times more and you will feel clean and not be embarassed that you might be leaking. I like the cute purple packaging. It’s discreet and I’m able to put it in my purse. It fits real well and doesn’t feel bulky like I’m wearing a pad. I would buy this again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Yes it was comfortable and it is the only product that I have used from the sample pack so far as I got it for an international trip and they came too late. I really liked the one product that I used which was the micro liner.

I have been using Poise liners for more than 5 years. This product is the only one that truly does not leak through to my clothing. I'm a disabled veteran from the Desert Storm movement to Saudia Arabia. After lifting heavy equipment, I needed surgery, requiring me to continue wearing pads for incontinence. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Poise pads and liners I received were greatly appreciated. The sample pack was very attractive and it came in the mail at the perfect time. I had been sick with the Flu, therefore, coughing quite a bit. I had no worries of leakage even after "coughing spells" that seem to come during sleeping hours. The only performance flaw, for me, was that I found there was no odor protection. While ill, I was taking OTC medication and extra Vitamin C and I believe these had something to do with the strong odor. Otherwise, I felt confident that while feeling poorly, I was protected from leakage. Thank you

My only recommendation is a disposable underwear product like depends has. It feels like regular underwear and comes in small sizes. Comes in black and nude. They are not like wearing underwear, however, they are a little expensive.
