The last 3 or 4 boxes of Kleenex have been full of paper lint. Every time I pull out a sheet, I get large and small clumps of paper as if the machine that produces them hadn't been cleaned for quite some time. Very annoying to the point I'm about to switch brands.

These new boxes are the ugliest ever! You always have such pretty designs. I don't know whose house these will go in. Gimme a break! Really? I'm going to have to buy more Kleenex box covers now. I am very unhappy, and I probably buy more Kleenex than anyone! I love the product, hate the box!

A couple months ago a bought a three pack of Kleenex and was impressed with the plastic box/bag they came in. I put them in the glove box, gym bag, desk drawer, etc. and didn't have to worry about it breaking. I went to buy more and can't find them anywhere :( if this was an experiment.. The answer is YES we loved it, please bring them back.

The Ultrasoft tissue in the new packaging is thinner than the old one. When I opened the new box I noticed immediately how much thinner it was. Since I still had an unopened older box, I compared the height of the fill and found there to be at least an inch less of tissue in the new box. The new tissues feel like two-ply now and not three-ply. Tell me why I am paying extra for this less effective tissue?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are great tissues. They are soft but very absorbent. My husband died earlier this year so I have spent a lot of time crying lately. These don’t scratch my eyes when I am wiping them and there is no tissue residue on my face after use.

My wife used one of the tissues to blow her nose. While doing so she inhaled a large chunk of fuzzy lint. The episode lasted several minutes, blocking her airway, causing her to choke, and cough up several chunks as it broke up in her throat. I just needed a tissue and experienced the same lint fortunately I didn't inhale it as my wife did. Just letting you know so you can correct the problem. There is no product code or date on the box or I would give it to you.

Kleenex tissues have always been on display in our breakfast room and 3 bathrooms. I consider the boxes to be part of the decor, and I have always been happy with the red, taupe, and silver designs you have offered. I cannot display any of your current designs. The colors lean to green and blue, with uncoordinated box side designs and colors. They might be cute in an unsophisticated room, such as a nursery or young child's room. I had to buy a different brand, after more than 30 loyal years with Kleenex.

These are obviously the standard in facial tissue, and for good reason. They are very inexpensive and good quality. For me personally they are a little drying, so when I am sick for a long period of time I get tissues with lotion added in. These are fine for using every now and then, but I can't use these for a long period of time otherwise my nose feels super dried out. 

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I believe Kleenex makes the best tissues. However, due to my nose getting red quickly, I prefer the softer variety. The Trusted Care tissues are standard, with 2-ply, easy pull-out, and strong enough to contain a sneeze or nose wipe with one or two tissues. Although the box design isn't my favorite, it doesn't affect the product quality. Overall, these tissues are a great, affordable option.

Product itself is fine but the packaging isn't up to your usual standards. After 3/4 used the tissues won't stay popped up from the top. You have to try and dig your hand into the box to get one. Very frustrating when you have a leaky nose. I hope the next case I buy isn't the same.
