I started to use this product since January 2018, so far I have lost 14 lbs. Side effects as listed have been experienced but tolerable.

I take alli as instructed 3 times a day. It is best to take multivitamins before bed that way it does not interfer with alli.

This is a wonderful product for weight loss. The only diet supplement that I have found that really works.

I bought this initially a year ago and it has transformed my life. Alli truly works and I am a long term customer.

This does work however, the draw back is you need to use pads as the fat secreets even after you have relieved yourself of waste.
