Do not buy this product. I have been using this product for some time. and yes the overall appearance of my teeth are whiter, however my gums are sore , sore to the touch, went to the dentist he told me to stop using this product, ingredients contained in this product such as peroxide should not be used continually, now using sensodine to try and repair some of the damage.

bad for teeth and gums

I have been an avid Colgate user ever since I was a kid. I wanted to try out the new ColgateÂ® Optic WhiteÂ® tooth paste from my everyday "mint" flavor favorite. I just started using this paste so have not see a drastic whitening effect yet. I will say the taste is not at all bad. The paste is a smooth texture and easy to build up and flush out of your mouth with water without any wicked after taste.
