It works on grease. So there is that. Unfortunately it smells so god awful that it takes over my nose. It kind of burns in the sinuses and I can't smell anything else. It's not pleasant... Like cheap plastic leather sprayed with bug killer. It would be fine except for that smell.

I have always been loyal to another brand of dish soap so I was leary of Palmolive in the past. This was great though! They aren’t kidding when they say Ultra Strength. I have 4 kids so I do so many dishes a day and I cook every night so that’s a lot of pots and pans to say the least. This cut right through all of the cooked on food on pans or pots. I’m definitely going to switch brands now. It’s a better price and a better product. I loved it!

I have been using Palmolive for many years after using it at a motel I was staying at. I fell in love with it MOSTLY due to the great smell ! When I bought two large bottles this week and started washing my dishes, I noticed a funky smell. Then I put my sponge up to my nose, and it was my Palmolive !!! It is not that I just don't care for the smell, I can not stand it It is the first time I looked up a product online to make a complaint !! Love my old Palmolive ... sad to have to look for a new dish detergent.

What I liked the most is the foam that removes the grease , the aroma that it has leaves no trace of the smell of food and finally the medium viscosity that I observed that makes it a excellent soap. I would buy it without question.

I normally reach for a store brand, so trying this was a real treat. I don't have to use a lot of product, I love the smell, and it just all around gets the job done. This has done everything it says it does. I had a really greasy pan that Dawn wouldn't take off, Palmolive Ultra Strength did take it off and make my pan shine brightly. A little goes a long ways with this dish liquid because it has a better formula than most dish liquids. I will be buying more when i run out, that's how much i love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dish soap is fabulous. Easy on your hands. Does not dry them out. Also, it’s great on greasy storage containers. Other products I’ve use have always left a greasy film. Smells great and the bubbles last a long time. Very effective.

It states it is gentle on the planet which is really important to me. It’s not as sudsy as some other dish soaps but it cleans well. I liked it.
