Igloo is a good brand and from what I've seen this cooler holds up to the claims the have for keeping ice

Way bigger than I thought it was going to be but it does what it needs to do! Great for our vacations!

Very great cooler. The ice stayed for most of our camping trip. We loaded it down with drinks so it was very heavy but saved us a fortune on ice. We had to restock our ice every day in last large cooler.

Bought this cooler strictly to keep ice for a sno-cone machine. It was opened & closed all day. Temp was 85 & full sun. None of the ice melted!! It is wonderful

IT DOES WHAT IT SAID. KEEP ICE GREAT AND HOLD UP TO SIX GRAND-KID CLIMBING ALL OVER IT AND JUMPING OFF OF IT. WHEN I NEED ANOTHER ONE THIS WILL BE IT. MY HUSBAND IS PLANNING TO USE IT FOR DEER SEASON.
