Pretty straightforward, wintergreen mints in a handy little carrying case. The lid can be a little tough to open the first few times but after a few days of use it didn’t give me any trouble. Be warned though, your breath might burn your eyes a bit if you pop one of these in your mouth while wearing a face mask.
