It is minty and leaves your breather feeling confident. Also you don't have to chew since it is a mint so there is no losing the flavor.

It is the perfect mint to freshen up your breath but has a touch of sweetness which I like because it doesn’t make the mint overpowering. Love these!

The easy carry packaging with a pop top for just a few at a time makes it convenient and tasty. I've been eating these wonderful mints for years.

I have been eating Icebreakers mints since 2007, maybe earlier than that. They taste great, just wish the price was a little cheaper! And they contain aspertame in them, which I heard can cause cancer. They need to find an alternative to aspertame, bc they have frequent users, like myself, who are afraid of getting sick from them. I might have to switch to Pur brand mints, which are aspertame-free. I don't know if it's the aspertame or what, but I truly feel addicted to these mints!

Y'all ever heard about the sugar-free gummies that give you the runs? Well if you want a similar effect, eat those mints. You'll have horrible cramps, gas and non-stop diarrhea all night long, thanks to the worst sugar alcohols in those. Very unfortunate because they taste amazing and they really keep your mouth fresh for a while. Maybe don't be like me and eat one or two, not 2/3 of the package.
