It is minty and leaves your breather feeling confident. Also you don't have to chew since it is a mint so there is no losing the flavor.

I really like the Ice Breakers mints. They come in a really nice round container with 2 sides to open. The mints are medium sized and have a nice, minty taste. They taste fresh and sweet and the freshness lasts an hour or two. They are a pretty low price and nicer to eat than a higher calorie candy.
