I eat these to freshen my breath about 3 times a day. Ever helps me with a stuffy nose at night because the mint taste is so strong. I think its the best flavor of the ice breaker mints, better that altoids at freshening breath.

I like these mints because I can throw them into my purse and carry them throughout the day. They are tasty mints and I like the little flecks of mint within each one.

I have used these as "breath mints" since I was diagnosed with being pre-diabetic. They are sugar-free and the mints I were using previously were not sugar-free.

Now that I have to wear a mask all the time, I am forced to breathe my disgusting coffee breath. These babies solve that problem. Pop one in, stank breath gone. Zapped!

I love these Ice Breakers! I take medication and my mouth is always dry! Especially at night. I use these at night when I am sleeping to keep my mouth happy and not so dry! They are great!
