I love the size of them and the density which helps them last a while. They have a nice strong mint flavor. It is very nice that they are sugar free as well:)

I only use one at a time because that's enough to give you the cool minty flavor and fresh breath. I also like the container it comes in. I keep several packages of these mints on hand everywhere. I don't use them as normal people do, I use them when I feel nauseous. The strong mint never fails to settle down my stomach when I'm nauseous. If I feel sick, I pop 1-2 of these strong sugar free mints in my mouth and within 10-15 minutes I am not nauseous anymore! Wonderful mints!

These icebreakers mints were very minty and definitely left my mouth feeling very refreshed and clean. The packaging is very secure and has two sides where you could just get one or you could get multiple. Definitely try these if you want your breath to be refreshing.
