I keep several packages of these mints on hand everywhere. I don't use them as normal people do, I use them when I feel nauseous. The strong mint never fails to settle down my stomach when I'm nauseous. If I feel sick, I pop 1-2 of these strong sugar free mints in my mouth and within 10-15 minutes I am not nauseous anymore! Wonderful mints!

I only use one at a time because that's enough to give you the cool minty flavor and fresh breath. I also like the container it comes in.
