Hershey's has the best milk chocolate ever. It has the perfect proportion of creaminess and sweetness and just melts at the top of your tongue. 1/10 would recommend

For the most part this will always suffice in a need for milk chocolate. Is it the best? No. Will it do? Yes. Milky and melty, low quality chocolate. Great size bar for the price
