Product old?

I bought this on two occasions. The first box had some damaged product. Which was odd, since the box is sturdy and didn’t seem damaged. The second box included bloomed chocolate (white stuff on the chocolate). It went from the store to the school in cool weather. Either Hershey didn’t ship it properly or Sam’s didn’t stock it in the right temperature. We had several people return their bars because they didn’t want to eat the bloomed chocolate. It was a hassle and disappointment.
