I didn't see a listing for the 48 oz, I usually buy these in the 2 pk. This is the only way to go when making chocolate milk in my opinion. It's smooth, not clumpy and blends well. I even add it to hot chocolate and it's great on ice cream! My son makes a glass of chocolate milk with this almost every evening for a bedtime snack.

I've been obsessed with Hershey's Milk Chocolate Shell Topping since I was a kid, and honestly it still hits just as hard now. The way it hardens instantly over cold ice cream is so fun and satisfying. It adds the perfect chocolatey crunch and takes any scoop to the next level. Total classic!

This is fantastic. I generally just pour it over vanilla ice cream. Vanilla Bean is even better. I like shell toppings a lot because it makes a little bit less of a mess and don't mix up as quickly with the ice cream. There is really nothing I wish I had known before I use the product. It performed exactly as the packaging stated. It has a fantastic flavor. Not too sweet and also not too bitter at the same time. Sometimes when I pick chocolate toppings they just have a little bit too much sugar in them. I don't really think the chocolate is supposed to be super sweet. Add to that that if I start with a high quality ice cream it should already be plenty sweet enough. I suppose that one is really looking for is balance. And this product seem to provide that no problem. It seems to be just what I needed. A little bit of balance in my life. I have not used this part for many other things so I'm very curious to find out what other people have used it for.
