This is the best thing invented ! I love this stuff and use it for almost every desert I make !! Of course I put it on ice cream but I have also used this to put a twist on chocolate covered strawberries and sooooo much more ! This was used in my homemade Irish Cream liqueur, and it was great. Great consistency and coloured the cream base a lovely caramel colour. A bit more expensive than I would normally use, but that was because of import prices as I'm in UK... but I use it a lot so fair value.
