I was looking for a syrup without high fructose corn syrup and ended up grabbing this. It was fun to use but can be a bit high maintenance. This is not to be refrigerated because the syrup obviously hardens when cold, but in winter, even in the pantry it will harden if your house is not warm enough. You can run the bottle under hot water but after a while the neck of the bottle gets clogged up and the syrup doesn't flow as easily out of the cap. Probably won't buy again because that does get frustrating but it tasted just fine.
