All the people complaining about the “white stuff” are really silly. That’s the oil that keeps it from freezing in the bottle. That’s why it says to shake well 🙄 If it’s too hard, put in in the microwave with the cap off for a few seconds, or put it under hot water, shake, and it’s ready to use. This stuff is absolutely delicious :)

I was so excited to have my family test this very large bottle (24 oz) of Hershey's syrup on everything we could! We enjoyed this syrup on our favorite ice cream treats, done breakfast items and a very delicious peanut butter pie! I cannot imagine using any other brand for my family other than Hershey's syrup! We love the taste, the quality, how easy it is for every member of the family to pour the bottle and that familiar chocolate taste! I will always choose Hershey's for my family for a special treat because it's the brand we trust and the taste we crave most!

Until recently, I would give 5 stars to your Chocolate Syrup. But the last 48 oz bottle we bought adds almost no flavor- or color- to our milk. Have you changed the recipe lately? Could we have gotten a poor lot? Never have been so disappointed!!! On the other hand, the Simply 5 product is great!

Just finished making a milk shake and had to pour it out. Tried three different bottles of syrup all the same. Then I noticed the front had fat free is very small letters. Taste very chemically and I can’t believe I have been letting my kids use this syrup. Nasty!!

I love Hershey everything and I always get the syrup for my kiddos and I but this time I think there is something seriously wrong... like maybe even poison in the syrup or something. It tastes so bad even my 8 year old daughter told me it was gross and then I took a bite and couldn't believe how bad it really was. I even tried another bite to make sure it wasn't just my taste buds or in my head idk. Then we had their dad try it and he agreed. It was so bad I can't even explain it. I've never had anything like it. And never had a bad syrup from Hershey so I don't know. Should I send it in to be tested somewhere? Like incase there is something unsafe in it? Some one help please!? I saved the bottle incase... or incase the company wants it back to test it... incase they want to recall them? Idk.

I love to make chocolate milk with it, add it on top of ice cream and other desserts. A great positive is that a little can go a long long way and a bottle will last you a long time!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hershey syrup is good on/ in so many things. Gave my coffee a delicious chocolate flavor. It is the perfect topping on cherry pie for that hint of chocolate. This is perfect for adding a little or alot of chocolate flavor to any item.

And not for the better. Bad move, Hershey! I, along with many others as noted in the recent reviews notice. Please do not lie to your customers! You've changed your formula, contrary to your assertions, to replace fat with wax. Yes, there is a definite waxy taste to your chocolate these days. Especially the dark. I've enjoyed Hershey chocolate for my entire life. Sadly, after nearly 60 years, no longer. Unless you go back to your original tasty, rich formula it is Goodbye, Hershey, forever.
