The only thing I don't care for is sometimes it doesn't get completely hard if your ice cream is soft and not completely frozen hard the shell does completely form

I love that this has the rich chocolatey taste but isn't over powering. It hardened ontop of the ice cream for my lava cake & gave it a nice little crunch!
