it was alright and the bar was cute. it tasted nice and i think it was well put together. i got it because it was cheap, but it was good for the price. i'm just not a big fan or person for cookies and cream flavor.

Ok I love! So cute to give out for halloween, and the Hershey Cookies and Cream Chocolates are so good! So yummy, good mix of Oreo and the classic Hershey bar. Absolutely recommend. One of my halloween favorites!
