Chocolate Kisses

All of the kisses had melted with paper inside them. It had 3 small cold packs but the box was more than twice the size of my order so they were all melted and i put them in the freezer but apparently that was a huge mistake. All the paper melted inside the middle of the chocolate kisses and every time I tried to eat one i had a mouth full of paper so i ate some and threw the rest in the trash.
