My fault for not doing a bit of research before purchase. You have to take with a meal and a full glass of water. Reason is because some ingredients may be harmfil to your kidneys. Scary stuff. So $21 down the tubes for vitamins going into the garbage. ng to be tossed.

Easy to take and helping my eyes

I've bean taking this on the advice of my ophthalmologist. Sams has the best price I know of.

I'm not sure if it is really helping my eyes, however at my age anything remotely that will help is worth a try.

Easy to swallow and always helpful for my eyes. I've never any problems w this since I've been using it. Over 50 or maybe younger I highly recommend this product.

The doctor ordered this, and have been using Occuvite for a couple of years. It must be working, and easy you get from Walmart. Their service is great.
