The medication is effective at offering relief from most of the symptoms. For me, the DayQuil kept my cold symptoms mild enough so that I didn't feel so run down during the day.

The product is as expected. Capsules are consistent in quality, size and shape and the packaging was up to standards. I will say I did not find this helped with symptoms as much as I had hoped, although I may just have been really sick. I had hoped to really feel the effects of the medicine on my congestion and, unfortunately, this did not make a significant impact although it helped with aches and pains. I like the idea of this combo pack--its great to have to make just one purchase that includes daytime and nighttime medication. I do think this is a good product to have on hand for when illness arises. Both day and night medicine in one package is a great option. I do recommend this product as it is a good combination, good quality product.

Then by the time I am feeling better everyone else is getting the same thing I just had and needs mom to take care of them. I've always trusted NyQuil so trying the NyQuil severe was no problem. Easy to take capsules make it easier to swallow. Lets face it when were sick we don't function correctly. Well no more sneezing, runny nose, no more sinus pressure which is always the case for me.
