The day version contains non drowsy ingredients to treat symptoms while the night time version has medication to help you sleep. I like the convenience of 2 products in one box. No need to buy multiple products.

Both of them help with my symptoms, but the night time also helps me sleep all night and so soundly. These are my go to when I'm starting to feel a cold coming on.
