Leaks at connector and company will not honor warranty

We purchased this hose and brought it to Washington we hooked it up and it was more like a soaker hose with leaks everywhere. I guess we cant bring it back so its in the landfill now.

had purchased 2 of a similar hose last year from sams. it was bigger hose. this is definitely not the same as this blue one. it leaks around where the sprayer attaches. and where the hose goes into the end attachment. i do not reccomend.

The male end of the hose slipped rough off after a couple of days of use. retired for a refund.

Hose split in 6 months wouldn’t buy again

I have bought and returned 2 of these hoses in the past 24 hrs. Love everything about this hose but both hoses leaked at the metal fitting below the connection.

I bought this hose about a year and a half ago. The hose itself is a really nice, however the coupling started leaking recently. Is this covered under the five year warranty? If so how do I get a replacement hose?

Bought 6 of them to try to find one that didn't leak from a misfit fitting, all failed and returned. Huge quality issue at the factory, SAMs should be addressing.

Bought this hose as I have other similar hoses and love them. Out of the package both ends leaked. Tried to tighten them and even changed the gaskets to no avail. It will be going back to Sam's.

I bought this about a year ago, and now leaks like crazy from both connections, tried replacing the rubber O-rings no help. I loved the hose but can't recommend it because of the connections.
