I’ve been taking one a day since 2018 but it was recommended by my doctor! I would NEVER recommend to someone else because it’s different for every person and I think medical doctors are the ones who should recommend!

They are a great essential supplement for my active lifestyle. They are small Softgels that are easy to swallow. I usually just take it in mornings with my breakfast and a glass of water. One is all I take for the day. I love the easy open flip top bottle.

This is a healthier alternative than drinking so much caffeine or turning to sweets for a boost of energy. I will keep using these for the energy benefits.
