[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently received a bottle of Nature Made B12 Softgels . I received the 1000 mcg from this brand. These Softgels are much better than I expected. They are a great essential supplement for my active lifestyle. They are small Softgels that are easy to swallow. I usually just take it in mornings with my breakfast and a glass of water. One is all I take for the day. I love the easy open flip top bottle.

Just right it should last us a while since its 400 tabs. Thats awesome!!

Price is good for a large supply. Lasts more than a year if you take one per day.

I would probably buy the sublingual style next time, but this is a pretty good product.

I have been taking Vitamin B12 in coated pill form but after I received these Nature Made B12 1000 mcg softgels, I have found that I can swallow the softgels much better. I take one softgel in the morning after breakfast and that helps me know that I am getting the extra Vitamin B12 that I am not getting in my diet and it helps with my energy levels.

The bottle is an easy open which is great for someone like me who struggles to open things daily. I love how these are so small and incredibly easy to swallow. My energy has increased some but not overall so. Highly recommended adding these in addition to your daily supplements.
