I use this prouduct on the recommendation of my cardiologist because I take a statin on account of my cholesterol. It helps with the aching muscles.

This supplement is well packaged and a great value. When researching online, the Nature Made brand in general is ranked high for their quality, which is why I choose to use this brand. I need between 300mg and 400mg per day, so I wanted to find a larger pill for this purpose. This is, however, a very large pill so definitely people need to be prepared. I know they have the same supplement in 100mg doses that are much smaller, and you would just need to take however many add up to what you need.

I am 63 and seemed to slow down a lot energy-wise. After taking 400mg once a day for two weeks, I noticed my energy level improved. I found myself getting out more than before and I wanted to do more in my house and yard work.

Taking beta-blocker drugs left me with muscle aches! After stopping these, the aches remained. Within a few months of taking CoQ-10, these disappeared and have not resurfaced. Nature Made's 400mg Softgel version is sufficient for 3 month's of daily use.

Prices for it have JUMPED all over the internet! Irritating how the companies that dispense this supplement seem to think that because people NEED IT that they can charge for it whatever they desire.

It's nice that Sam's has this available all the time. From a small town and when it's not available, it's still end up having to do a search or seizure or do without.

Very bad, we felt something strange and we took out all the pills, what we saw was bad, the pills were stiff, with strange colors and only a few in gel 😞🥺

These capsules are huge. So if you're sensitive to swallowing large pills, don't buy these.
