Excellent vitamin. This formulation provides the iron I need without upsetting my stomach.

Normally I would rate it 5 stars but not today. I usually buy this brand and I love it and still stand by it. However, this particular bottle reeked of fish and that nasty fishy flavor stays in your mouth. Now I’ve bought it at other stores and there were times it smelled like fish but not to this degree. I’m sure it was probably a manufacture error, I will go exchange it and see if I have the same issue.

Hopefully it was just this bottle

A senior friend recommended these for my thinning hair & aging bones. I was purchasing expensive supplements from Primal Nutrition…these are very affordable and have strengthened my nails and thickened my hair. Definitely have & will recommend to other senior friends.
