I’ve tried several different brands of B-complex over the years and I keep coming back to this Nature Made formulation. It seems to boost my energy a little bit and without any stomach upset. I was concerned buying such a large quantity of 460 pills given that I only take 1 tablet per day. But the expiration date of the bottle I received was 19 months away therefore I’ll use the entire bottle before it expires.

I highly recommend this product. After a short time I felt better and my hair and nails was growing fast. And, my hair was healthy, shiny, soft and smelled really nice..

These are the only vitamins that seam to work really well with me.

Received this in March 2024, and they expire October 2024. There are 460 caplets, and you take one a day. Mmmh, what’s wrong with this picture?

I purchased B complex last week and have had migraines every day since. It seems putting over 8 thousand percent of the daily allowance for Thiamine in my body is just dumb. What is this anyway?
