I’ve had a sensitive tummy as I have gotten older as well as incorporating foods with more fiber as well as eating more vegetables and fruit. Plus Adding a meal or two with dairy or extra spice can sometimes add a little bit of havoc on my stomach. This product has made it easier on my stomach and my daily routine. It’s quite simple to use. Simply take it on a regular basis with a meal and that’s all. Within a day, I noticed the results. I felt less bloated and I felt less of an urgency of having to go to the bathroom within two hours after a meal. Certain foods that were highly spicy didn’t trigger a reaction like they used to and eating something as simple as a salad didn’t have me running to the bathroom within an hour after eating it. I’ve been checked for any digestive issues and my doctor often suggested that I should use a probiotic and I found that remembering to take them and the frequency of having to take them was too difficult but this product only needed me to take one once a day. I saw less bloating and I felt much better. My husband also noticed that I wasn’t as bloated and my stomach wasn’t gurgling as much as it used to. Plus the embarrassing gas that I would get at night wasn’t as frequent as it once was. Everybody passes gas, but when you find a product that curbs the embarrassment of it, especially if you’re in public, it’s great! I would have never thought of buying this for myself. I have done the yogurts but never thought of taking a supplement to attack my constant bloat and occasional gas. The only downfall is that you have to take it with food and I have forgotten to take it because of that reason.

I think some people can have some sensitivity so use some caution. I will give them another try in a week or so. They are affordable from whqt I have seen. The capsules are small and easy to swallow.

The capsule is surprisingly small which allowed me to swallow it with ease. I love the benefits of the product and it seemed to help keep me regular as well.

He suffers from constipation and it didn’t do anything to help him in any way. I figured giving this to him might help his body a little bit, but he said it was like taking nothing. We will not be purchasing this item at all.

Felt great the first week to week and a half and then it was constant bloating and constipation. Used all 30 capsule but when I switched back to my normal probiotics my body went back to normal.
