Probiotics are a newer idea and I've only used a few times I trusted Phillips brand because I have used there other products. I have IBS to start with so I don't know if that effected it usefulness it didn't do anything for me.

I needed to take the capsules for a about 6 weeks to see full results. Now I have much better IBS symptoms relief. Better control and regular more normal movemnents. Give it time to work. It helped me a lot.

Been using this great formula for many years. Phillips just completely changed it. Not one I gradient the same and much stronger cfu. Why on earth was this done. Start a new product but don't ruin what works for so many.
