Only 1 capsule per day and I get multiple types of probiotics. My stomach is back on track. The pills are really small and totally easy to swallow. They don’t upset my stomach. Bonus…the bottle is glass and not plastic!! My cat was very curious so she photobombed my pics of the capsules.

I didn't have problems with regularity before but I also needed a good prebiotic and probiotic. The pills are a little big but not hard to swallow.

I actually have purchase these in the past and love them they work so well and really helps me . I would have never thought of buying this for myself. I have done the yogurts but never thought of taking a supplement to attack my constant bloat and occasional gas. The only downfall is that you have to take it with food and I have forgotten to take it because of that reason.

Phillips’ changed the formula. The new one is horrible and caused severe pain for me. The ingredients that were removed from the original formula were highly effective. No longer is Phillips’ using L. Gasseri KS 13 either. I wish I had read the reviews and learned of the change before purchase but to my defense I had been using the original product for 4 years and product change was not on my mind. I will never use Phillips’ products again.

I no longer had that bloated feeling that I was experiencing. My bowel movements were more regular. Overall, I just felt better. The capsules were very easy to swallow and there was no weird aftertaste. I will definitely continue taking these probiotics and recommend them to others.

I have taken Phillips Colon Health probiotics for many years with excellent results. My last purchase was your "New Formula," and, after just a few days, I experienced several side effects (stomach pain, nausea, gas, bloating, and a general state of feeling un-well) that lingered for nearly a week and a half after stopping your "New Formula." The many negative reviews on-line of your "New Formula" mirrored my experience and dissatisfaction, and I, along with other consumers, are trying to understand your logic in changing a product that has been so successful for so many consumers over the years. The ingredients are completely different...why "fix" something that isn't broken? So disappointed. You've lost a customer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the product for about 2 weeks now and haven’t really noticed any changes. It’s a small pill so easy to take. I was taking a probiotic prior to this and it seems to work about the same. I think it helped reduce my gas a bit. I’ll continue to use until I run out but will probably look to try something else when I’m done.

He suffers from constipation and it didn’t do anything to help him in any way. I figured giving this to him might help his body a little bit, but he said it was like taking nothing. We will not be purchasing this item at all.
