In the time that I used these, taken once a day, I noticed greatly improved function concerning my overall health. I had some increased energy, less stomach pain, (I don't have anything major but I do get chronic GI issues) and an overall feeling of wellness even just a week after I took this. Highly recommend giving this a try!

Within the first 3 days of taking one of these every morning I noticed results. I was less bloated overall and went to the bathroom more frequently then I have in the last couple of months. Highly recommend!

I have used the original product religiously for many years with virtually no issues. I am an ulcerative colitis/ibs patient so gut health is extremely important to me and my lifestyle. All of a sudden I got a new package I had not picked it up myself someone purchased it for me so I thought they just changed the packaging, boy was I wrong! I had to go home from work sick to my stomach and I wasn't sure why. After I got myself feeling better after a few days, started back on the probiotics. And then I got sick again, picked up the bottle and read the ingredients and realize that they're no longer the same ingredients that were in the original probiotic. I am very disappointed and I'm back on the search for the same ingredients. The original product also did not contain a magnesium which was important as well. Not sure why they changed the original product.

This is going to stay in my rotation and I’m getting ready to purchase it again. It definitely made me feel less bloated and I feel like my digestion was better overall.

It’s can be hard to tell how effective a product like this is after 1 month but I’m a big fan of probiotics in general and would recommend this as an option.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been trying this for several weeks now and I dont currently see any differences. we have been trying a lot of digestive products and probiotics since my bf came back from his colectomy. granted I think if I took fiber along with this product it would for sure be helpful in the long run.

I have been using Phillips Colon Health for many years but Whammo they up and change the formula. It is no longer working for me and I now must research other brands to help me with my gastro problems. Why would a company change the formula when the original worked so well?

I have been using this product for several years after dealing with irregular bowels, bloating, and nausea. I had several appointments with physicians and tests, but no diagnosis. I have tried other probiotics before with little to no effect noted. I came across this in our local grocery store and have been taking it for YEARS. I love this little pill and how much better I feel taking it. I work with surgical patients who deal with bowel irregularities and excessive antibiotic use.
