I haven't had any issues with them and that makes me happy. I use probiotics on the regular (no pun intended) these have been kind and gently work well. I already took other probiotics, but I switched to this one. I’ve been taking it for two weeks and have not had any negative side effects. It might just be more of a peace of mind than anything, but I think it’s important to note that I have a sensitive stomach so negative side effects is a huge plus!

I have used other brands and feel like I sometimes cannot even tell I've taken anything. Phillips Colon Health Daily Probiotic 4-in-1 really does target Gas, bloating, constipation, and diarrhea.
