This product or should I say probiotic has saved my life! After becoming very sickly last year, I was placed on tons of antibiotics which did a number on my digestive system; constant bloating to the point where it felt like I could not breathe, other digestive issues as well as Doctor’s being so clueless to what was going on , I decided to be my own advocate and research what could help improve my digestive system, immunity and even mental health, I find out the Phillips had one of the best probiotic supplements, so I tried it and I’m so happy to report, within a day of taking this probiotic, I stated feeling back to myself again! I no longer had that bloated feeling that I was experiencing. My bowel movements were more regular. Overall, I just felt better. The capsules were very easy to swallow and there was no weird aftertaste. I will definitely continue taking these probiotics and recommend them to others.

I did notice it helped a lot with constipation but it is not a laxative nor having that laxative effect — a great plus if u ask me. However, I haven’t seen an effect with the bloating yet. I will keep using this product to see whether there are any long term advantages.

But in general, I feel better when I take a probiotic every day. This one has 1.75 billion CFUs, whatever that means! But in comparison to other probiotics that is more than most have, so it seems like a quality product. I wouldn’t say it stands out from the other probiotics I’ve taken but that’s okay, as long as it does the job!
