Like the product, difficult to open.

Have used Neosporin for years and works great. Recently bought a new 0.5 tube and couldn’t open it. Had to use pliers to open.

Cap impossible to remove

I have this bottle where the cap is essentially welded to the dang bottle. I had to take a pair of pliers to get it open. Very disgruntled.
