The cap is somehow attached to the tube so that it is impossible to remove the cap without destroying the tube. For what this costs you would think opening the tube wouldn't be a problem.

Maybe 25 years ago I started comparing the rate at cuts healed when using Neosporin, some other ointment, or nothing. Neosporin always healed cuts faster. Love that stuff.

No comments on the product itself, but we were not able to open the tube cap, it was so tight that we had to put a nail on the cap and hammer it down to poke a hole and get the ointment through it. Please update the design

It's great stuff. ***BUT*** If you are buying this with a FSA account /card, be prepared to have to submit the receipt. The stores might NOT have it listed as such. It happened to me at OKC Sams. and I had to pay with regular card.

I had the same problem with removing the cap as the other 2 reviewers. Had to use players to get it to open. The product is great, just frustrating the time it took to open it

Unable to open. Didn’t have pliers as was on vacation. Had to slice it open with a knife and store in a ziploc bag. First product I had to dismantle to use.

The tube is almost IMPOSSIBLE to open. I tried everything and finally twisted it open with my teeth. Left some bite marks on the cap. Get a different size if you can.

I love do sport it's the only antibacterial I use. I have been using it for at least 25 years. I always used in my daughter's cuts and any cuts and scrapes that I get and they heal really quickly
