After getting a very nasty third degree burn from a motorcycle tailpipe comma I covered my wound with Neosporin and Band-Aids. After about a week and a half, the skin is healed and the looks good as new. I only wish I could upload the pictures. I'm grateful for this exceptional product.

We have been a family user of Neosporin for years. I have noticed during the past year the small top/cap is very tight, this latest tube has the top on so tight that the tube is being destroyed trying to open it. Any ideas or should I bin it and change products

I purchased 0.5 oz tube of Simply Neosporin this morning and cannot open tube. Tried many different aides when could not open with just my hands, but unfortunately I have not been successful. I guess I will have to resort to cutting bottom of tube, and probably wasting a lot (Or splitting tube from trying to open). Sad because this was probably most expensive item on shelf. Adding stress to already stressful situation of needing to treat injury.

I'm an essential employee who has been working throughout this whole pandemic. Having to wear masks 8+ hours a day, 5 days a week, I wasn't aware that the back of my ears had been rubbed raw to the point of being open wounds. A good cleaning and two days in of applying Neosporin and it already feels like it's healing! No more dry feeling either!

Unable to open. Didn’t have pliers as was on vacation. Had to slice it open with a knife and store in a ziploc bag. First product I had to dismantle to use.

While working with sharp metals I get a lot of small cuts on tips of fingers. Hard place to bandaid. May I suggest Neosporin lined latex gloves. Overnight use or a few hours. 10 bandaids don’t cut it.
